ペナンの今日の突風で中開きドアが外に開き、
閉じ込められています。
昨年11月にも同じようなことがありました。
外出から帰ってきた時でした。
その時は、運よく、隣人の方の助けを借りて、
ドアを開けることが出来ました。
今回は、私は部屋の中。

中からドアノブを分解してみてもダメです。
夕方から、ネットをググって、いろいろと
やってみましたが、ダメ。
大家さん（海外出張中のことが多い・・・）と
不動産会社の人にメールを送りました。

Due to the strong wind of yesterday, the door has
been shut suddenly, which I can not open from
the inside.
The latch bolt of the door has been sticked out
from the door, which I can not fix from the inside.
Please find the photo(taken in November when
I was outside).
中からドアノブを分解してみてもダメです。
夕方から、ネットをググって、いろいろと
やってみましたが、ダメ。
大家さん（海外出張中のことが多い・・・）と
不動産会社の人にメールを送りました。

property of Marina Bay, 〇〇〇〇〇〇〇 where
I am renting from you.
Due to the strong wind of yesterday, the door has
been shut suddenly, which I can not open from
the inside.

I could open the door with the help of my neighbor
since I was outside of the door.
Same thing happened yesterday when I was inside
the room due to the strong wind.
I would appreciate if you could arrange some
specialist of the key/door to come to this property.
Please note that the specialist is required to unlock
the padlock of the gate door of this Unit since
the padlock has been locked.
I am looking forward to having your comments
on this matter at your earliest convenience.

Further to my previous e-mail,
please note the following :
Last November, my neighbor inserted
the screwdriver(-) onto the latch bolt
sticking out of the door.
He hammered it with the hammer
around 15seconds while I pressed
the latch of the door.
Finally I could open the door by this procedure.
You will be able to solve this problem
if you come to my Unit with the screwdriver(-),
the hammer and the long wire.
You can pick up my key of the padlock with
the long wire since I can put it out through
door bottom clearance.

21:10過ぎ、電話があり、大家さんが現れました。
私が、メールで書いたように、ドアの隙間から
玄関タタキに出した、玄関柵の南京錠の鍵を

針金で引っ掛けて、受け取り、玄関に入って
こられました。
後は、マイナスドライバーをドアから突き出た
ラッチボルトに差し込み、ハンマーで叩いて、
そのボルトが引っ込むようにします。
その間、私は、ドアの内側から、ドアラッチを
押し続けます。

引っ込み、ドアが無事に開きました。
ラッチボルト部分は問題なく、実は、開閉ドア
とは別の細いドア（通常締め切り、大きな荷物
の搬出入のときだけ、上下のボルトを外して
開ける）の下部の金具（ボルト込み）が壊れて
いることが、今回の原因ということでした。

ばかり、これから3か月はペナンにいる、時間が
ある時（土・日）、一緒に食事をしようという
ことになりました。
ドアストッパーのゴムが劣化しているので、
これは、私がMR.D.I.Y.で買ってきて、
取り替えましょう。
